General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.
Users may cash out once they have reached the set amounts for each type of user group. The cashout/conversion amounts for standard members is $10. This may be reached with or without the use of purchasing referrals. A user is perfectly able to obtain the set amount by referring other users for free. ITNPtc (www.itsthenewthing.com) does not discriminate against those that have not upgraded or purchased referrals, and will treat each user as the same as others. The set amount for elite members is $5. This may be obtained only by upgrading your account to an "elite" status. This can be done using the Upgrade page/link within your Profile area.
Standard members should expect to be paid out once their account has been audited and checked by administrators/webmaster(s) of ITNPtc (www.itsthenewthing.com). This process can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending on the number of cashout requests made. Members that are signed up or have a China-based AlertPay account must upgrade before they will be paid out. We've noticed an increasing number of auto-clicking software which will prevent many Chinese users from cashing out. If we find out you are using an autoclicker or auto-surf bot, we will ban your account without hesitation.
Members (users) of ITNPtc (www.itsthenewthing.com) should refer to Number 9. of the Terms, referring to the Elite member status of converting(cashing out) to AlertPay. This process of purchasing referrals will take between 1 and 10 days depending on the number of requests that are made. This is not guaranteed to take as short or as long as stated. We will make every effort to satisfy these numbers.
Inactive referrals will be replaced if you have purchased 250 or more referrals in one transaction. This means that if you have 600 referrals, and you have bought them in 100 increments, your inactives will not be replaced. However, by placing ONE transaction of 250 or more referrals, ITNPtc will replace any of those 600 that you have! This is an incredibly good deal when you sit back and realize that even with non-active referrals, you will STILL earn money! This is a completely new and innovative idea that no other PTC is doing!
ITNPtc does not offer any type of refund unless specifically taken up with an administrator. Using the contact form, please contact ITNPtc and inform them as to why you need a refund, and we will treat each case in an un-biased fashion.
As a member of ITNPtc, we cannot be held responsible if you lose any sort of investment, time, or effort. We do not guarantee that you will make a profit, albeit very unlikely that you don't. We cannot be held responsible and are not liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labour dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time on one month's notice - notice will be sent to your last notified email account and is effective irrespective of whether the email is successfully delivered as long as it is sent to the correct account.
